Overall, my shopping and purchasing was a good experience. Salesman was very patient and helpful. He got an answer to my many questions and was pleasant throughout the appointment. Parking for sal experience. Salesman was very patient and helpful. He got an answer to my many questions and was pleasant throughout the appointment. Parking for sales area should be identified; everything seemed to be marked only for service. The show room and offices were clean and I was offered refreshments while waiting. Wow very efficient and fast process! This was my first visit to the new building this dealership just opened last year. It's a very nice, well planned out and comfortable. It'll make me want to wait on my car when it's being serviced!! I can remember years ago when a waiting area at a car dealership wasn't much and usually stuck back in the coldest area of the building! This place really took into account the comfort of the customers - way to go! The sales experience was fantastic. Everything proceeded like a well scripted play. The car is a well built and fun driving experience. I'm sure I'll get many miles and years out of it. It's neat that they have you set up another appointment to go over any further questions about the technology after you leave since it always happens, more questions come up after you leave and start driving the car for a bit. So that's a very good idea! And I'm glad to hear that there is now a complementary car wash after each service. That comes in very handy in the winter. I haven't had that service available to me for a while now. More
