Friendly, professional, and accommodating I put off trading my 2019 subaru because I really liked it but after driving a forester and searching the lot I found a 2020 outback that I love. Purchase and after purchase "class". This is the third Subaru we have purchased. The other two were done at different locations. Both other dealers were good, but not as good as W&L. The three most important factors that made decide to use W&L was if we felt we could totally trust the salesperson, bottom line cost, and reputation of the dealership. Our salesperson Kim Rorke was no pressure, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall very professional. I would recommenced her to anyone. The other staff members that we met with and dealt with were very professional also. More
