Robert Solis, a perfectly nice man but wasn't empowered, directed, or seemingly able to actual help us. My wife and I just spent $53,000 at the dealership and as soon as they got their cash any kind of semb directed, or seemingly able to actual help us. My wife and I just spent $53,000 at the dealership and as soon as they got their cash any kind of semblance to a proud and hard working dealership and personnel went out the window. I will most likely take our brand new Black Edition Passport to another Honda dealership for the thousands of dollars we will spend on maintaining the car in excellent condition. This is a dealership that will lose more money than they will earn simply because their focus is directed towards profit alone. Not an outstanding dealership from the customer's point of view. Nice people but not nice service More

Robert Solis was professional, courteous and easy to talk to.. However, there is a disconnect between the technicians, service advisor and Carfax since service that was done during the prior week was recomme to.. However, there is a disconnect between the technicians, service advisor and Carfax since service that was done during the prior week was recommended. That work was apparent on the Carfax report. My wife would have followed the recommendation not knowing that I had it previously done. It is imperative that an honest review be conducted before recommending . I have no assurance that Germain technicians would not have duplicated the work. The service took a lot longer than expected but I'd rather have it done correctly than risking a hurried repair. Fortunately it was covered by a Service advisory. More
