Service Department performed an unnecessary tire rotation at 6000 miles during our oil change service. It was not indicated that tire rotation service was billable. Otherwise, we would not have agreed to the at 6000 miles during our oil change service. It was not indicated that tire rotation service was billable. Otherwise, we would not have agreed to the unnecessary service. This was a slick way of getting a new customer to shell out money for a service that was unnecessary and performed by other repair shops at little to no cost. Now that I know the slick tricks, I will not fall for it again. More

Brought the SUV in for state inspection and waited the expected time based on when I arrived in the queue.
