4 hours for my first service on my truck. I was the third person checked in. I watched the waiting room fill up and then empty out. Not one word from anyone about what was going on. I inquired about my truck around hour 3 and was told it is being wrapped up. 45 mins later someone finally pulled my truck up. I will never visit this dealership again, and frankly I am contemplating just selling my truck and getting a Tesla, because I won’t have to deal with these xxxxty dealerships every time I need an oil change. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for over an hour but no one bothered to let me know. I saw the name of the person to contact if I had any questions on the paperwork so I immediately called and left a message. I’ve never received a response. However I’m not completely surprised by this as the buying of my car 6 months before was much the same. The kid that sold it to me couldn’t explain any of the features and was going to call me to set up a time to come back so he could show me everything. Still waiting on that call, thankfully not holding my breath. More
