They have great customer service in general but this time it took the guy 40 minutes to get the car to me so I could driive itback home. Only thing was that my computer in my car wasn’t reset to track the new mileage. But, service was quick for a walk-in oil change at the last minute and only took 2hrs. Had me in and out and back on with my d track the new mileage. But, service was quick for a walk-in oil change at the last minute and only took 2hrs. They are always courteous and helpful. JT will always explain what's being done. He helped me with Sunbit financing when I experienced a problem online with it. If you choose to wait there JT will always explain what's being done. He helped me with Sunbit financing when I experienced a problem online with it. If you choose to wait there for your car, the waiting area is clean, has tv, hot coffee and good seating. My car is returned clean. I'm very happy with this dealership More

They don't call you back. It does not look like my tires were rotated after my oil change. I don't know if it top off your fluids or not. I've been waiting months to get My car fixed. 2 weeks ago. They said they were just waiting on a part and would call me. I've called them. They said they will talk to the person and he will call me back. Still nothing. I just bought this car. On the voicemail it says you can just come in to get a oil change and simple things done. That's not true. You cannot just come in and get a oil change. You have to make an appointment. They don't give me the special attention that I feel like I need as a customer, especially a new customer. At this point. I wish I never bought the vehicle from them. More

Gave 1 star as 0 stars wasn't a choice. Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Took it home and WE figured it out on our own w Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Took it home and WE figured it out on our own within 2 hours. WE won't be taking our vehicles back to either location now. Thanks for wasting our time and us using only 1 car for a week. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. More
