Just got our third new BMW through Ganley. As usual the team there was AWESOME! My wife & I traded in our 2011 R350 & 2012 G37 Convertible for a new Black/Black 2013 X5 Premium 7 seater for her & we LOVE I team there was AWESOME! The buying experience was smooth & simple as usual & I wanted to give a special thanks to all the guys I work with when I come in; Ken Delk, Fred Palmer, Mike Hall, Adam Moon, Tom Tunnell & Jim Strunk. My wife and I were greeted promptly upon each visit at the dealership. We were not pressured into buying a vehicle. Everyone was respectful of our time and were willing to answer any and all of our quest the dealership. We were not pressured into buying a vehicle. Everyone was respectful of our time and were willing to answer any and all of our questions. The test drive in the X3 was outstanding. Aside from the typical road test, John Caruso took the vehicle through its paces in a parking lot. More than once, John helped my wife with location of controls and features. When it came time to buy, John, Mike Hall and Robert Strecker helped us to find the best financing and were willing to negotiate price. Although, we got our loan through an independent bank their effort was appreciated. Upon delivery of the vehicle we noticed a few minor issues and the dealership addressed them immediately. Our new BMW is a considerable step up in quality, performance and price for our family but the experience at the dealership, in no small part, strongly influenced our decision to buy from Ganely BMW. More

This was a flawless new car experience. The pre-sale communications provided by Frank Steffen was often and accurate. The delivery of the car was smooth , with Mike Hall making the finance part painless and Dirk Steffen providing all the information I needed to feel proficent with the cars capabilities. They even gave me a gift of a BMW umbrella at new car delivery, which was a nice momento of the experience and appreciated. More

I purchased one car from here and had a great experience with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they wer with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they were informative, responsive, and not pushy. He was willing to "go to bat for me" when it came to negotiating and we worked out a great price. I even felt comfortable recommending my mom to Ganley for a SUV/SAV she was looking at. While she will most likely go domestic, she liked the experience as well. Overall, great dealership and I have had no issues with their service department either. Being in marketing, I also appreciate their social media efforts and hope to see that program blossom a bit and really enhance the customer interaction with the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go visit, test drive one of these machines and just drive! More

Ken was very Personable and knowledgeable with regards to the vehicles. I will do business with this dealership again. Robert really work this deal to the best of his ability. FIRST AND FOREMOST MY INITIAL REASON FOR CONTACTING GANLEY BMW ABOUT A POSSIBLE NEW CAR WAS MY PRIOR CONVERSATIONS WITH BOB STRECKER AT ANOTHER LIKE DEALER, MUCH CLOSER TO HOME.I HAD MANY CONVERSATIONS GANLEY BMW ABOUT A POSSIBLE NEW CAR WAS MY PRIOR CONVERSATIONS WITH BOB STRECKER AT ANOTHER LIKE DEALER, MUCH CLOSER TO HOME.I HAD MANY CONVERSATIONS WITH MR STRECKER ABOUT BMW CHOICES BEFORE EVER VISITING THE DEALERSHIP,YET HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND INFORMATIVE.I WAS ALSO REFFERED TO VINCE CAFFARO BY A FRIEND WHO HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT A CAR FROM VINCE AND HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH HIM,AS I DID AS WELL.MY CAR WAS ORDERED SO WE HAD SOME WAIT TIME UNTIL DELIVERY,WHICH DURING MR CAFFARO AND MR STRECKER KEPT ME POSTED.VINCE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGIBLE WITH THE DELIVERY PROCESS AND MADE SURE I WAS UNDERSTANDING MY NEW CARS FUNCTIONS AND FOLLOWED UP A WEEK LATER TO SEE IF ANY FEATURES NEEDED ADRESSED.ALSO WHILE WAITING ON MY CAR TO ARRIVE I NEEDED TRANSPORTATION AND MR FRANK STEFFAN HELPED ME WITH THAT,AS VINCE AND BOB WERE OUT THE DAY I CALLED IN TRAINING.BEAR IN MIND I HAD NOT MET MR STEFFAN YET,BUT HE TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS.MIKE HALL DID MY DELIVERY PAPERWORK AND EXPLANATION OF ADDITIONAL VEHICLE PROTECTION PROGRAMS AVAILIBLE,BUT WAS NOT PUSHY,AND GOT ME DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION.ALL THE GENTLEMAN I HAVE TALKED AND DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND VERY APPROACHABLE.I LOOK FORWARD TO A CONTINUED RELATIONSHIP AT GANLEY BMW.
