Brooks Rorapaugh was terrific in showing me the 5-series cars I was interested in and ascertaining that all of the specifications that I wanted were met. He was incredibly personable, accomodating, and conscientious. I received a good deal on my 535xi and every effort was made to help me aquire a very competitive interest rate. Ken Delk and Ganley BMW provided a great buying experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 5 experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 535 home for an evening for an extended test drive. At the delivery of the car Ken spent considerable time to make sure I understood all of the functions inside the new 535. He also offered his time if I needed to come back with additional questions. The 535 was the car for me compared to the Audi A6 and Lexus GS350. More

My experience at Ganley BMW was excellent. Sales people teamed up to make sure all my questions were answered and service was provided in the most timely manner. Follow up was great.
