I could not be more pleased with my buying experience at Ganley BMW. I was greeted at the door. Frank Steffen, the manager, made certain that I did not have to wait. I spoke with Bob Strecker who provided the transparent, candid information that I was seeking. Brooks Rorapaugh was terrific in showing me the 5-series cars I was interested in and ascertaining that all of the specifications that I wanted were met. He was incredibly personable, accomodating, and conscientious. I received a good deal on my 535xi and every effort was made to help me aquire a very competitive interest rate. I could not be more happy and impressed with the staff and dealership. I would highly recommend Ganley BMW without reservation to anyone looking for unsurpassed quality and service. More

Ganley provided the most professional and courtious experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. I met several other individuals while they were delivering my car from the General Sales Manager, to experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. Ken Delk and Ganley BMW provided a great buying experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 5 experience. Ken spent time with me on 2 test drives so I fully understood the qualities and performance of the 535. I was also able to take a new 535 home for an evening for an extended test drive. At the delivery of the car Ken spent considerable time to make sure I understood all of the functions inside the new 535. He also offered his time if I needed to come back with additional questions. The 535 was the car for me compared to the Audi A6 and Lexus GS350. More

It was a great experience visiting this dealer, all the employees were very professional and experts on Bmw topics. Overall , customer service excellent, sometimes a bit slow though. My experience at Ganley BMW was excellent. Sales people teamed up to make sure all my questions were answered and service was provided in the most timely manner. Follow up was great. And after purchase teamed up to make sure all my questions were answered and service was provided in the most timely manner. Follow up was great. And after purchase was made, they took time to go over everything I wanted to know about the car. They were very patient and didn't rush with explanations. The overall experience was so good, my husband who recently purchased a car from another dealership, was so impressed with not only the product, but the service, will be coming back to Ganley for his next car. John was a pleasant sales rep, not pushy and very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and nee knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and needed. Our test drive of the X3 with John was helpful in making my decision and knowing that the X3 was a safe vehicle. The purchasing process went smoothly and car was delivered within the time period expected/promised. Robert gave us very good advice on ordering the X3 2013 model vs. purchasing an existing 2012 model. Overall, my experience with Ganley was positive and exceeded my expectations.
