My wife and I were greeted promptly upon each visit at the dealership. We were not pressured into buying a vehicle. Aside from the typical road test, John Caruso took the vehicle through its paces in a parking lot. More than once, John helped my wife with location of controls and features. When it came time to buy, John, Mike Hall and Robert Strecker helped us to find the best financing and were willing to negotiate price. Although, we got our loan through an independent bank their effort was appreciated. Upon delivery of the vehicle we noticed a few minor issues and the dealership addressed them immediately. Our new BMW is a considerable step up in quality, performance and price for our family but the experience at the dealership, in no small part, strongly influenced our decision to buy from Ganely BMW. I purchased one car from here and had a great experience with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they wer with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they were informative, responsive, and not pushy. He was willing to "go to bat for me" when it came to negotiating and we worked out a great price. I even felt comfortable recommending my mom to Ganley for a SUV/SAV she was looking at. While she will most likely go domestic, she liked the experience as well. Overall, great dealership and I have had no issues with their service department either. Being in marketing, I also appreciate their social media efforts and hope to see that program blossom a bit and really enhance the customer interaction with the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go visit, test drive one of these machines and just drive! More
