From start of the buying process to getting the right mini van with what we needed in it at a price that did not send us to the poor farm. Tracy and Rob both worked hard to make sure everything was right and that I was satisfied with the deal and the process. Eric in the financial part went over everything and explained in detail what we should add verses what was nice to have but we really did not need it. I had went to several other dealers and I can say without a doubt that these 3 folks were truly amazing in how they worked with me and getting everything done. The other dealers were not even close in how they treated me and how they went about taking my concerns into a vehicle I wanted! From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and Robert, to the signing of the paperwork with Scott, I felt like this was an experience and not just a sales quota. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Jeep and all its features. However, what impressed my wife and I the most was his professional demeanor and approach to selling a vehicles. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no suggestions for "something else" one often gets a dealership. The whole team was helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcomed. I will only buy from them again. All other local dealerships could learn a thing from these folks. More

I started my shopping online and was greeted through chat by Walt who reassured me they could help me through the process. When I showed up the next morning I was greeted by Walt and his salesman Robert. Robert took care of everything and treated me as a friend from the beginning... I was comfortable and surprised that there was not any hard sell or misleading tactics to try and get me into a car of their choice instead of mine..What I saw online and wanted is what I drove off the lot with that day...They even washed the truck and filled up the gas tank!..I have never bought a car from a dealership with such class and style..I have to mention Scott who got me in and out of financing in half an hour so I could get to work on time that afternoon...What a team....A+++ all the way... Honest and Trustworthy..They did what they said they were gonna do and that means a lot to a consumer. More
