I scheduled a test drive in advance for a plug in hybrid. When I arrived (on time), the vehicle was not ready. When it was, the test drive was super annoying because: 1. the EV battery was dead, so I couldn When I arrived (on time), the vehicle was not ready. When it was, the test drive was super annoying because: 1. the EV battery was dead, so I couldn't test electric mode 2. the gas light was on, with only 10 miles until empty 3. the low tire pressure alert was on 4. the sales rep told me the charging cable that comes with the vehicle was in the spare tire compartment, but it wasn't there, so it wasn't possible to test that the vehicle accepts a charge 5. the key remote battery was low, so it would only manually unlock the car, and the car beeped a "Low Key Battery" alert the entire duration of the test drive I guess whoever pulled the vehicle around for the test drive had a blindfold on or something. Who knows. Didn't go back. More

The team was friendly and responsive to me and my daughter for deciding the car and deal of our choice. The pickup day was GREAT and I LOVE my new 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XSE. However, the "road" to get to this great day was paved with numerous frustrations. My original salesman left and the dealership did not Hybrid XSE. However, the "road" to get to this great day was paved with numerous frustrations. My original salesman left and the dealership did not have his emails forwarded, so after 2 ignored emails I called him directly and he answered from new job. My new salesperson said he contacted me, but he typed my email address incorrectly and didn't follow-up with a call. Once I straightened that out with the sales manager that same new salesperson called to ask where I was because I was late to an appointment...that was never made!!! If I had not waited 6 weeks for my Vehicle and really wanted it, I would have told them where to put it. Paper signing/financing night was long and alot of being left at a table with no explanations. Thankfully, the Rav4 was well detailed (it REALLY SHINED) on pickup day and my salesman was great at explaining features & setting up my phone. Alls well that ends well. More
