I took in my vehicle for a repair that was under warranty. I visited the service center three times (one for the initial appt), a second time to drop the car off, and a third to pick it up. Each time, there were various things that led to the process taking quite a long time (potentially insufficient staffing, technical difficulties, etc.). I wouldn't have expected any one of those visits to take no more than 5-10 mins, and each took a minimum of 30 mins. Communication was also sorely lacking. After the initial visit, I was told to expect a follow up call in the next couple days to schedule a time to drop the car off, and that call didn't come for a week (and that was after I'd followed up about not having heard back). All of that said, the repair appears to have been done well. The staff was friendly / professional, but I've had significantly better experiences at other dealerships (both with respect to efficiency and communication). More

Robert Tew at Royal Moore Mazda's service department was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every detail to what needs to be done to properly service my vehicle. No pressure, but just wanted me to kno friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every detail to what needs to be done to properly service my vehicle. No pressure, but just wanted me to know. Their service video is helpful, because it shows what the mechanic is doing while inspecting your vehicle. Great job, keep it up! Additional, I love their coffee machine and it's free! More

It came in for 2 svc bulletins, it was getting an oil change, so I asked for new wipers and air filters, while it was there. None of that got done, when I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The light was not on when I dropped it off, I had to bring it back and they took it back in the shop. The svc dept is polite and gave me the use of a vehicle, which I appreciate. Communication on status via text was good. More
