I scheduled a service appointment to find out I was in a queue that lasted 3 days before anyone looked at my vehicle. I had a TPMS error that took another 2 days to diagnose and $400 just to identify the pr queue that lasted 3 days before anyone looked at my vehicle. I had a TPMS error that took another 2 days to diagnose and $400 just to identify the problem, which I had already pointed out. Then it was another 3 days to get the part and then another day to install. All totaled I was without my truck 12 days and it cost me $1,800. The problem was fixed (hence 2 stars), but not without back and forth conversations with service on status. This is the second time I have had a less than good experience with Royal Moore Service. In the future if I need service I will look for another certified GMC service shop. More

The contract was not explained and very deceiving since you can’t read it fully. We are mislead by pricing. Discounting but then adding back to the price and then money in that contract and no explanation you can’t read it fully. We are mislead by pricing. Always very nice and professional! I really do hate waiting so long for an oil change though. I so wish I could pull in, get the oil changed and pull out in 20 minutes max.
