As soon as I stepped onto the lot Luis Grullon saw me. He waisted no time. I had done my homework in advance to some degree and knew what I wanted but was almost convinced there was no way it was going to He waisted no time. He got up from where he was sitting, approached me right away, and everything from that point on was nothing short of perfect. Luis had every answer to every question I had. Catered to all my requests (not overstating that at all) and not only for me into the 2021 Ram Truck of my dreams (its a limited) but he had more faith in my approval process than I did.....100%!!! Long story short, Luis Grullon delivered at Savage 61!!! This might be my third vehicle from Savage, but it's definitely my best experience!!! Not to sell anyone else short that works there..... everyone treated me great!!!! I'm beyond pleased!!!! More

My husband and I were so nervous and indecisive about which color we wanted black or white and even tho we talked about at home it was tough to pick, Pnut Thomas was our salesperson, he was so understand which color we wanted black or white and even tho we talked about at home it was tough to pick, Pnut Thomas was our salesperson, he was so understanding g and patient with us he gave time and explained the pros and cons to both and helped pick out best choice, he was so I formative and before letting us go he explained so many car features that we did not know about, he gave us time even though they were about to close he didn’t rush and gave us all the time we needed and answered our questions until we felt comfortable leaving the dealer.
