Excellent Service, Very Professional. I drove from Brooklyn to this specific dealership because of the excellent online reviews they had, especially compared with other (closer) dealers. I drove from Brooklyn to this specific dealership because of the excellent online reviews they had, especially compared with other (closer) dealers. I was not disappointed. The experience was very well managed from start to finish. Abel Fermin shepherded us through the whole process, working to get us a great deal and talking us through all we needed to know. He patiently answered our many questions about leases and explained many small details about the car we wanted. We drove away happy. While there were clear signs about social distancing, and all employees and customers wore masks, I wish that there had been more hand sanitizer available inside the dealership. All in all, though, this is great place to make an effort to get to if you are serious about buying a Honda. More
