I’ve been very well taken care of in my most recent visit to Scranton’s service dept. Frank kept communication lines open during a few glitches and provided me with supports to carry me through. Deal with Jeff every time we go he always takes care of everything Beverley is always very helpful as well never really dealt with other service writers but they are all nice and welcoming never really tal everything Beverley is always very helpful as well never really dealt with other service writers but they are all nice and welcoming never really talked to or dealt with the service manager till this last very and I am very displeased with the way he speaks with such attitude when he was told he has attitude in person he said yep I do and when anything else was mentioned to him he was just very arrogant and stuck up as if he’s doing us a favor I know I am not making that dealer as one customer but my family goes there and few friends and we come for the staff that is welcoming and kind of it was for rob I don’t think any of us would go I know I definitely wouldn’t ever step foot in there More

We purchased a previously owned Silverado a year ago and took it for service at the other dealership 'down the road'. Their service not only sent us home with the job incomplete, they caused a series of ot took it for service at the other dealership 'down the road'. Their service not only sent us home with the job incomplete, they caused a series of other problems due to their negligence. Scranton was able to detangle the issues and get the truck running safely. Our service writer Billy and the service tech were on top of the situation from the start, and were extremely professional and empathetic to our situation. They have earned our trust, and we will be back for any upkeep or issues in the future. More
