We purchased a previously owned Silverado a year ago and took it for service at the other dealership 'down the road'. Their service not only sent us home with the job incomplete, they caused a series of other problems due to their negligence. Scranton was able to detangle the issues and get the truck running safely. Our service writer Billy and the service tech were on top of the situation from the start, and were extremely professional and empathetic to our situation. They have earned our trust, and we will be back for any upkeep or issues in the future. More
