Over 2 weeks to fix the car. When returning loaner car we were threatened with a $500 cleaning fee for having my wifes service dog in the car for 1 day. I could charge you $500 b When returning loaner car we were threatened with a $500 cleaning fee for having my wifes service dog in the car for 1 day. I could charge you $500 but im not going to from the service manager. Then you should have said nothing. We left worrying about the next time the car needs to be serviced . If we need a loaner will we be charged ??? Not happy customers More

Her sound from the left rear didn’t sound good. I checked it out could find nothing called the dealer. They put it up on a lift after taking it for a ride found a nail that protruding through the l I checked it out could find nothing called the dealer.
