I called Jerry Ulm on a Monday night, 5 minutes before closing and Daniel Rodriguez answered. I told him the truck I wanted and he said he would contact me the next day to work out a deal. We worked out a deal, along with help of the finance manager, Sergio. My family and I are on a cross country road trip from AZ and drove down from Jacksonville to pick up the truck. We spent an hour and a half at the dealership and we were back on the road. Absolutely loved the service and Daniel was extremely helpful and delightful to work with. If I'm ever in the market for a new truck, I'd definitely buy from them again! More

I found a Jeep Gladiator I liked online, Nate Mendez reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with M reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with Malik. My mindset was to find something newer than my 2018 JKU with lower payments(it sounded better in my head). The management team did their thing and showed me what they could do, as I liked the Gladiator A LOT. The next day I returned, Nate spent time with me helping to remove things from my JKU(rock lights, etc.)instead of on the floor making sales. Could I have walked away with ease, yes. But, I REALL love my new Gladiator and it was made possible by the entire team(sales, management and FNI).
