Calling and communicating with the customer is important. So customers can make plans, especially when customer is running their own business. My husband tried to communicate this to Robin, she got aggravated and pretty much told him, in so many words, to go bring your business somewhere else. More

The service department never answer's the phone. Left numerous messages for the manager to call me since Kyle never returned my messages. I have been trying to reach someone from the time I brought Left numerous messages for the manager to call me since Kyle never returned my messages. I have been trying to reach someone from the time I brought my vehicle there almost 2 weeks ago. I've Expressed some concerns to Kyle over some things I'm noticing already tarnishing on my 1 yr old Yukon. Never got any response or answer's on anything I mentioned, all they said was bring it to us in 3 weeks and leave it with us for at least 4 days before we can even look at it. This was the same spiel they've been saying to me for over a year now. It's very disappointing and discouraging when you can't get someone to even look at your new vehicle when you have a concern about it, much less get your advisor or their manager to return your call. Who has time to wait 3 weeks to bring a brand new vehicle in for them to look at my concerns, just to tell me if it's under warranty. I finally got a hold of a service advisor and she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. My answer was no, I want to speak to someone about the concerns on my vehicle, since I got my car back after the update it's been acting crazy. She said to me "I'm going to you ask you again, do you want to make an appointment?" I would love to make an appointment, but I can't go 4 days without a car. When I got my car back after the oild change and update. All they did was tell me what I owe them. No follow up on my concerns, no details on the vehicle and no communication about the condition of the vehicle. I don't understand why this service department treats their customer's this way, maybe it's just me. Hopefully they make it right and show the customer respect by return the numerous messages left. More
