Let me start with a little background, We located the vehicle we wanted on the Internet we called the dealership and spoke to a salesman by the name of Robin Knapp, he took our information and we told hi vehicle we wanted on the Internet we called the dealership and spoke to a salesman by the name of Robin Knapp, he took our information and we told him what we were willing to trade , he stated great let me work for you and I will call you back, in less than 15 min Mr. Knapp called me back and explained what he could do we spoke for a few minutes and agreed to each other’s Terms , what made this so easy was the fact that I live over three hours away , I drove to this dealership expecting to be tied up for hours , once I arrived I was surprised to see the vehicle I asked for was out front , clean , fueled and ready to go.Mr. Knapp meet me in the parking lot , introduced himself and stated that we were ready and that the vehicle was ready and the finance Manger was ready to meet with us to conclude the purchase of the vehicle . It was only about 10 min and we were being seen by Wayne pohlman and completed the package, Wayne was quick professional covered all the documentation and in a snap I was walking out of the dealership, I have to say in all the years of buying vehicles I had grown to dislike going onto a car lot or walk into a dealership, but the Jacksonville NC GMC Dealership is a no kidding Flagship Dealership they made this purchase so easy , fast, painless and changed my whole attitude towards auto buying.
