Robin Knapp was not an overbearing salesman. He allowed me to look over the lot without questioning what I was looking for. A very down to earth gentleman who was willing to test drive the entire lot if ne me to look over the lot without questioning what I was looking for. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this team especially Robin Knapp our salesman, who went above and beyond for us and took time to make sure we had what we wanted and needed. We had been to a different dealership who tried to tell us they couldn't get us in a vehicle we wanted without 5000 downpayment and $1,700.00 a month which is ridiculous for any vehicle in my opinion. We went to Moore Buick and talked with Robin explained what we wanted and were looking for and that we could not see paying as much as the other dealer had wanted. Robin and his entire team helped us to walk out of there that day with the truck we wanted and a payment which wont financially frustrate us. The work these folks do doesnt go unnoticed or unappreciated, I highly recommend them and will continue to be a customer there in the future. Thanks again Robin and team, you guys rock. More
