Robin helped us out with a loaner when I found that the maintenance would take 4 hrs. Instead of the 1 1/2 hrs I thought. My wife is a stroke victim and we would not be able to wait that long. Our car was maintenance would take 4 hrs. Instead of the 1 1/2 hrs I thought. My wife is a stroke victim and we would not be able to wait that long. Our car was ready later that afternoon and when I returned the loaner, our car had been washed and vacuumed. This isn’t the first time we have dealt with Robin and the others in the service dept. they are all excellent employees and a great asset to your company. If/when we need another car, we will probably continue to be your customer. More

I was traveling away from home when my Volvo needed service, so I was a little nervous about taking it to a dealership I had never visited before. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welc service, so I was a little nervous about taking it to a dealership I had never visited before. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and treated me like a valued customer rather than just someone passing through. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work being performed. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a genuinely positive experience because of the care and attention I received. It’s reassuring to know there are dealerships that take such pride in customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. More
