I already filled out a detailed survey. I don't have the name of the service technician, but it just seemed like everything detected soon turned into a new, expensive problem. I still fin I don't have the name of the service technician, but it just seemed like everything detected soon turned into a new, expensive problem. I still find it hard to believe that BOTH of my headlamps went out on the same day...seems like a surge of some sort caused the flickering of lights which brought me to get ot fixed. Then the ballast was mentioned as a possible culprit...then that was replaced! I've been a loyal Buick customer since I bought my Enclave, but I'll be going elsewhere in the future! More

Excellent service got new tires put on and ended up with a scratch on one rim pointed it out to the service tech and they are gonna have a rim repair guy come to the dealer and paint the scratch and repair a scratch on one rim pointed it out to the service tech and they are gonna have a rim repair guy come to the dealer and paint the scratch and repair the rim things happen just happy they acknowledged it and are fixing which doesn’t happen very often anymore no complaints on my end More
