I have been with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers since the start of it. We are family owned and operated. I am the son of the owner and I have been in the car business since 1997, right out of high school. I have many years in the business but I also have many years left. I also have a 11 year old son and a 7 year old daughter you may even catch them running around the store every once in a while after school, and learning what it takes to make sure the customers are leaving with quality pre-owned vehicles. This family has been in the car business for over 50 years and plans on being in it for many more years to come. So for that matter we strive to keep our positive legacy alive and well. If I could drive my car through the front window I would. Worst experience I hav ever had when buying a car. Had a very smooth, pleasant experience buying my new Outback. Craig was very helpful during the test drive and answered all my questions. I bought my 2014 Ford Edge on June 3rd. 2023. The service was less than stellar and I am still trying to get issues resolved but no one seems to care enough to be in contact with me about t 2023. I spoke with Sylvester Hagan on August 6th and he stated he would check into this matter and get back with me on August 15th, I have not heard from him since. It seems that this company is eager to sell a vehicle but doesn't stand behind it when an issue has occurred. I feel this is highly unprofessional. You were recommended to me but I would not recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to anyone. More
