Mostly good Our overall experience was pretty good. I was frustrated by our salesman at first because he behaved as though he didn't know what to do after i said Our overall experience was pretty good. I was frustrated by our salesman at first because he behaved as though he didn't know what to do after i said i wanted to buy the car i had been looking at. He asked me what to do next. I found that to be very strange. Also, there was only one finance person, so we had to wait four hours to even get to him to start the paperwork. The worst part of our experience was when our salesman took us to fuel up our new car, he opened his door and slammed it into the concrete barrierand put an inch and a half long gouge in the rear driver side door. He looked at it and didn't say anything. When I asked him about it, he behaved as if he hadn't known it happened and offered to put touch up paint on it... so, now my brand new car has a huge gouge in the door and I have no way of fixing it without having to use my insurance. That's unprofessional and disappointing. More
