Andrew went above and beyond to get my payments right where they needed to be and even had all the paperwork ready when I arrived—so easy and efficient! During the signing, we worked with Johnathan Roberts, who was also fantastic—friendly, personable, and made the process quick and smooth. The Internet team (Marcel Williams & Briana Solares) got me an appointment schedule over the weekend. Upon walking in, the entire staff was amazing! My primary salesperson was Joseph Perez. He was AWESOME! There was no back and forth haggling or sneaky dealer sales tactics. Everything was straight forward. I was pre-approved through my credit union and after learning the dealership also works with my credit union, the process was seamless! The Sales Managers (JC Harrelson & Rodney Allen) were extremely helpful. I can't forget to mention Josh Tojek in finance. He finalized everything for me and went through all the details. My salesperson Nicholas Riccardo from the beginning was overwhelmingly knowledgeable of the Chevy Trax and made it an easy decision to purchase one. He explained from the exterior to the interior and the test drive every question that I had. Never once did he not seem engaged with repeated questions that I had. His calm demeanor and sincere caring for the consumer was a welcomed sight. He was never like the pushy salesman that you might see at other dealerships. All the rebates and warranty coverages were described in full before the sale. After the sale, all the functional aspects and controls of the vehicle were displayed to me and made the experience of owning a digital vehicle very easy. Nicholas Riccardo is a true asset to the company and this dealership. My finance manager Joseph Anthony made the money part go smooth. He alerted me to extras that I might need or want but was never pushy. The time spent getting explanations and the signing process was short and sweet. I would also like to thank the front desk managers RC and Rodney in securing my vehicle and working hard for me.
