Sales people were professional, polite and not high pressure. We finally found a vehicle that was the right fit and Joshua was great at assisting us through the process. He was friendly, straightforward...no games. Once the deal was sorted out we headed over to Rodney the finance manager and we were skeptical because in the past this is where we'd experienced playing with numbers. But none here either! Rodney was friendly, straightforward and efficient. We even got a better interest rate than we expected! In general my husband and I detest the car buying experience but Joshua and Rodney seriously changed our perceptions. Highly Recommend! More

Sweet Ride in Palm Beach! I was certain I would leave with a new car the moment I drove into Mazda of Palm Beach. The packed array of beautiful new and pre-owned Mazdas tempted I was certain I would leave with a new car the moment I drove into Mazda of Palm Beach. The packed array of beautiful new and pre-owned Mazdas tempted me from the first. I had researched the website's healthy offering of extremely well-priced cars and wished to see two Mazda CX-3s. JD greeted me and had keys in my had within two minutes. I test drove the cars, both 2019s with nary a mile on either, and quickly chose the machine gray metallic, preferring it to the lighter ceramic color. Otherwise, the cars we equally appealing--this dealership has really beautiful merchandise. JD made the sales process as painless as possible, plying me with water and pizza as we reviewed the car's specs and the legal matters of the purchase. A relatively short time (and double espresso) later, I was driving home in the most beautiful car I've ever owned. Bravo to JD and the rest of the Mazda of Palm Beach team for warm and professional service that will make a longtime customer of me! More
