2018 Chevy Traverse I started shopping for my family's new car a few weeks ago.. I did my research and finally decided on the 2018 Chevy Traverse. My finance company had I started shopping for my family's new car a few weeks ago.. I did my research and finally decided on the 2018 Chevy Traverse. My finance company had Sandy Sansing and Pete Moore both listed as options and I regret to say I went with Sandy Sansing first.. HUGE mistake and I can promise you it will NEVER happen again! We got all the way through making the deal and were only waiting on our vehicles delivery that would NEVER happen!!! S.S. sold us a car that was not actually on their lot and we were "promised" it would be delivered 48hrs later "AT THE LATEST!" Lies- it was all lies! After we signed the deal our salesman couldn't have cared less to make sure we were happy and went above and beyond to NOT answer our calls and NOT keep us updated. A week later we contacted our financing company and found out we could still back out of the "deal" and go to a different lot.. Rodney Nelson was amazing!! He had me in and out quickly in the car I had fallen in love with with an even better deal than Sandy Sansing was able to give us! I will NEVER go back to S.S. again and Rodney and Pete Moore Chevrolet not only get our good review and word of mouth- they 100% will have our business when were ready to upgrade in a couple years! Thanks so much for everything Rodney! You're awesome!!! More

I don’t like car shopping but Rodney, from the first moment on, made our experience and purchase a pleasure. He was honest, down to earth, told us up front that we will not get the “run around”.....and we didn’t. He was instrumental in offering advice and suggestion based on our needs and price.
