I showed up at this dealer after driving nearly an hour or so to trade in my Powerstroke on a used 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins. I already had the truck picked out but before I could even find the truck I was immediately greeted by a salesmen, not your typical salesmen, like the ones that are always trying to push a purchase on the customer. This salesmen’s name was Rodney of Kent County Motors and from the moment he greeted me to the time I was pulling off the lot in my new truck(a few hours later) he was nothing short of excellent. Every question I asked he had an answer too, every request I made he acted on, never pushing to make a sale. I can’t say enough about Rodney, if and when I come back to purchase another vehicle I can assure you that I will be asking for Rodney and if he is off on that particular day I will be coming back on whatever day he is not off.
