This was a fantastic truck buying experience!!! Rodney went way beyond with his OUTSTANDING Customer Service, his friendliness, honesty, courteous and professional working through all my requests/add-ons (upgraded brakes, tonneau cover, floor liners, etc.) to the truck. He communicated regularly with me from the time I left the lot on our initial meeting all the way to delivery (which was nearly a month). This truck was selected from an in-transit list, and when delivered it was better than expected, thank you Rod for all the recommendations, knowledge and information you conveyed during the selection of the truck and all the way to delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend Kent County Motors and especially the 5-star PLUS truck buying experience with Rodney Nickles. I absolutely love my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited Denali. More
