I have bought a couple of dozen new cars over the span of my life from car dealers. Premier Subaru was by far the best experience I have ever had! They were absolutely no pressure, professional and friendly. It began with Eleanor, my first contact who works with the online sales. She was fantastic! So low key, helpful and funny! She transitioned me to Tim Harris who was straight up, honest and again no pressure at all. And when I went to close the deal with Rodney the business manager, I was bracing myself for an hour of high pressure extra features add ons talk, like so many dealers do. In fact, he was just as friendly and laid back as Eleanor and Tim. There was also Paola who personally oriented me to my new car, including how to link my i-phone! I went to parts and Shaun sold me a roof rack and winter floor mats. He was great! Finally, the new dealership is a masterpiece.
