The last thing I wanted to do was buy a car, but after I walked away from my 2015 Subaru Legacy after a very serious car accident, I knew Subaru was the only choice for me. Tim was extremely patient and understanding and he was able to locate one of the few vehicles in port that met my needs. Andi explained all the tech features of my 2022 Crosstrek and Rodney was able to meet my financing needs. The dealership is modern, clean and inviting and I often see the owner, Mr. Alvine, cleaning surfaces, filling pen cups and making both the visitors and staff feel at home. Waiting areas are comfortable and relaxing, concierge service for loaner cars and shuttle service is amazing. As far as the Crosstrek, I really didn't want to like it. I wasn't looking for a new car and felt that whatever I bought would be just a necessary evil. BUT . . . I took it for my first real excursion this weekend and absolutely fell in love with the car. Once expectations were understood and misunderstandings corrected, the experience of purchasing my 2022 Subaru Outback Touring was first rate! I wasn't sure that in purchasing a vehicle through the Costco corrected, the experience of purchasing my 2022 Subaru Outback Touring was first rate! I wasn't sure that in purchasing a vehicle through the Costco Auto Program that we would be 100% valued customers, but we were warmly welcomed from the get-go, our dog included. And we especially have high praise for Rick Marino, Sales Manager and helpful problem fixer; Tim Harris our knowledgeable sales guy; and Rodney Pomerleau who got us just the right financing. Of particular help was Andi Vilches— without her technical expertise and adept explanations in using the touchscreen, we'd likely still be sitting in the Premier parking lot! We love our new Subaru and are glad we found it at Premier. More

Wasn’t what I expected for my first purchase of a brand new car. Seems I knew more about the car than sales did and I had to ask about free perks that Subaru provided but found info more helpful in the Su new car. Maybe I expected to much but overall my salesperson was very helpful and polite but others seemed just ok. I would come back to this dealership but with different expectations. More
