Taylor was patient, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions. Most importantly, if she didn’t have an answer she found someone that could answer. Some dealerships I went to made up details just to sell a car. There’s nothing worse than a car dealer that gives you wrong information just to make the sale. I would absolutely go back to Taylor and will recommend her to my family and friends. Rodney was also great with the financials. Within 24 hours of seeing the car, I was assisted through financing (they matched a credit union rate!), educated about warranty packages, traded in my car and was taught how to use the navigation computer.
