2014 Mazda 3 Initially our experience was typical. Once we picked out a car and suggested a price based upon condition of car, market value and our budget; there Initially our experience was typical. Once we picked out a car and suggested a price based upon condition of car, market value and our budget; there was no haggling. None. Dale was professional and not pushy. We thought the price sheet for the actual car (including fees) took too long to arrive at our table....but when it did there were no hidden fees or complicated fees. the conv. fee was actually less than the Capitol One Auto Finance suggestion. Bob took us for secondary ride in vehicle and was great. Rodney sold us on GAP insurance and Dale was very professional. In all the experience was one of the best I.ve had at a dealer in decades. Genuine Customer Service After going to two other Subaru dealers, we came to Premier looking for genuine customer service and we were not disappointed! We walked in knowing ex After going to two other Subaru dealers, we came to Premier looking for genuine customer service and we were not disappointed! We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted... or so we thought. After talking with Jason, he brought us out to look at the WRX, and during our test drive we were sold! Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to share a ton of information with us, including the best places to get lunch. As he talked us through the buying process it was as if we were talking with a friend rather than a sales person, and that made me feel extremely comfortable making this purchase. He even assured me that I can reach out to him once I had the car home if I had any questions or concerns! Rodney was just as knowledgeable and just as helpful with my finances, and his humor made the process much more relaxing. I am extremely happy that we made the drive out to Premier, it was definitely worth it and I know we'll be back. I would recommend Premier, Jason and the entire team to anyone looking to purchase a new car! More
