Matt was great. Rodney the finace man also great. This was the second car we bought from him and he knows his business. Only one thing stopped me from 5 star review. Rodney the finace man also great. I was charged 99$ for the nitrogen in the tires was already in the tires before I made the purchase. Price should include it. Other than that the experience was great. More

Phil S was professional and informative, yet still friendly and funny. He patiently answered all our questions and let us look at all the cars that caught our eye without making us feel rushed for tim friendly and funny. When he took us for a test drive, he was able to explain all the bells and whistles and seemed very knowledgeable about the car and the buying process. After we made our selection, he introduced us to Rodney P, who was a hoot! He walked us seamlessly through the financing process, explaining everything in detail in terms a layperson could easily understand. He made the experience as painless as possible with his great attitude and humor. Finally, Andi walked us out to our new purchase and more thoroughly explained where everything is located in the car, how to open the trunk, how to lock and alarm the car, a myriad of details about the operation of our Subaru. The staff of Premier Subaru is its greatest asset, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention how clean and comfortable and beautiful the building itself is. The moss wall is wonderful, seating is comfortable, the coffee/snack area is well-stocked and a terrific touch, and everything is spotless- even the garage bays (I have NEVER seen such a pristine repair facility). As for the Subaru brand itself, we purposely chose to shop for a Subaru because Subaru loves pets and donates to ASPCA, a charity close to our hearts. Thank you, everyone, for a very pleasant experience! More
