I recently had to have my HRV ac compressor replaced. Rodney explained everything that had to be done and that parts had to be gotten the next day. Car was finished just before lunch on the next day. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Honda of Kenosha. I brought forward an issue with my brand-new Honda vehicle that was clearly due to a factory defect. Despite being under warranty w Honda of Kenosha. I brought forward an issue with my brand-new Honda vehicle that was clearly due to a factory defect. Despite being under warranty when the issue first began, the dealership delayed resolution and now refuses to service my car. Rodney Porter and the team repeatedly stated that I was not returning calls, when in fact I called Honda Corporate many times and left multiple messages, all documented in my case file. I am a full-time student and a mother of three, and I’ve done everything I can to resolve this situation responsibly. Instead of assisting with a fair resolution, they pressured me to return the loaner vehicle without finalizing a plan to repair my car. I’ve now been left without reliable transportation, without my car repaired, and without support from the very dealership that sold me the vehicle. I expected far better from a Honda dealership, especially one representing a brand that prides itself on quality and customer care. I would not recommend Honda of Kenosha based on this experience. More
