Was super impressed with Rodney! When I dropped the car off, I asked if there was an express pick up because I had an appointment to make. Very tight on schedule. He said he just needed a signature so would be quick. Of course when I went to pick up my car there was a line, which there never is. My luck….But he saw me and quickly brought my paperwork over to sign, get my keys, as well as say there is milage info on my paperwork to look at. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and he is one great example of great service!! Thank you so very much Rodney!! More

Brought it in because the engine was making a sound and they told me after a day of troubleshooting that I needed a new engine even though my car only had 68,000 miles on it. I'd rather to another mechanic they told me after a day of troubleshooting that I needed a new engine even though my car only had 68,000 miles on it. I'd rather to another mechanic for a second opinion and they fixed it for $1,000. Probably won't buy another Honda after this. More
