Only issue is every time I go want to have all fluids changed even though express when last time were done and I have them done every 30000 miles elsewhere do to the cost charged here same with the cabin changed even though express when last time were done and I have them done every 30000 miles elsewhere do to the cost charged here same with the cabin air filter these dont items don't need to be actioned every oil change More

Rodney was an excellent service advisor - this was my first time at Honda Kenosha service - he patiently explained the recommended services and cost. My 6K service was done while I waited and took a litt first time at Honda Kenosha service - he patiently explained the recommended services and cost. My 6K service was done while I waited and took a little over an hours. When I called to schedule the service appt the person I spoke with told me there might be a long wait to speak with the service advisor and another long wait to get the service done - fortunately this was incorrect. More

This is my first time getting the auto butler done and I regret it. The car doesn't even look clean and I see scratches on my headlights and the plastic trim. Why offer a service for something you can't do? regret it. The car doesn't even look clean and I see scratches on my headlights and the plastic trim. Why offer a service for something you can't do? You can't even wash a car without damaging it. I waited and hour an half for someone to screw stuff up on my car. Horrible. More

Rodney had been very helpful I, would give him top rating,but not impressed with service tech. Had the van back less then 5 hours and transmission was cracked. I had a wonderful experience. Rodney was super helpful and got my car in for my auto butler application when i had scheduled it wrong online. Especially when he found out how far ive driven that day. Service center does a good job getting u in and out. I have purchased at least 14 cars from Honda of Kenosha. Tried to buy a new ridgeline and u guys didn’t budge on price.
