The only currency a Service Advisor has is Honesty (or at least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager least the perception of Honesty) and Rodney did a great job convincing me he wanted to get the repair done and NOT do what a previous Service Manager at Honda of Kenosha (and several Honda dealerships to the South!) termed a “wallet flush.” Thankfully he is no longer there and I trust this place again.
