Brought the vehicle to Herb Gordon Subaru for a new tire since could not complete remaining 6hr drive on donut spare. Entire service department, including manager were quick to respond. Very courteous and sympathetic to our situation.. Not having a matching tire in stock, they went above and beyond expectations to locate a match at a local store, send a technician to retrieve it and then mount it in a very efficient manner. While waiting for the work, we received much welcomed assistance from the staff in providing a table to eat lunch as well as some pleasant conversation. Can't say enough about how efficient and helpful this dealership was in addressing a bad situation. A first rate outfit. More
