I've been bring my Subaru outback to this dealer since 2012. Today I had an expensive unexpected repair. I talked with Rodney and explained that the repair was never included in any assessment of the car, 2012. Today I had an expensive unexpected repair. I talked with Rodney and explained that the repair was never included in any assessment of the car, the car is serviced at this dealer as scheduled I am under milage6and most of all that I just couldn't afford it after having major service on the car 3 weeks ago. He must have felt really bad for me. He went talked with the manager and she approved having the dealership assume the cost of the repair. I was so very happy. So Thank you Rodney, the manager and Herb Gorden Subaru. More

Big shout out to Rodney for helping me this late hour Big shout out to Rodney for helping me out as the tow truck driver dropped off my car and drove it into a spot on the rim! Rodney made sure he took the details of the drover so I could inform my insurance company. He then went over and above his call of duty to make sure I had a loaner car.
