Had an intermittent problem and they charged me to fix it and made it worse. Also timing of getting an oil change is ridiculous. I spent over 5 hrs in that dept over the course of two days in that dept. Pres and made it worse. Also timing of getting an oil change is ridiculous. I spent over 5 hrs in that dept over the course of two days in that dept. Preston was fine although he didn’t call me back like he said he would. The techs were fine. It wasn’t until I came back the next day that they showed a willingness to help and figure out the problem. Once they did they wanted to charge me again! Unlikely that I would return or do any business with Hebert’s. More
