My purchase of a new 2026 Forester Touring was efficient, with a mostly exceptionally friendly staff and resolved in a matter of just a few hours. Justus Lester who handled the test drive, initial paper work and after sale procedures and preparation was just great, super friendly and very knowledgeable as to the features, benefits and demonstration of the many features of the car. RJ Robinson the General Sales Manager, in retrospect as information became available after the sale, sold us a $3,100, 7 year/100,000 mile Gold Plus Warranty. We had requested a 7 year /70,000 plan at $2,100. RJ told us that the 7 year /70,000 mile plan was for used cars only. Afterwards we found this was false and requested a refund which will take up to 2 months to get back from Villages Subaru. A week later on 02/10, we received an email from RJ telling us about a February Trade Up Promotion Special which stated that new car purchaser's trading up would receive 2 years free oil changes and a Lifetime Warranty. I replied to his email stating that since we had traded up from a 2025 Subaru to a 2026 Forester Touring on 02/02 we would like to get the 2 years free service and Lifetime Warranty His reply was that even though we had purchased our new vehicle on 02/02 , that "Subaru's calendar for January ended on 02/03" and we missed it by one day. Subaru has a different calendar than the rest of the world?? I guess he figures we fell off the Turnip Truck when we came to the Big City and would accept this as fact. That's just down right insulting. We found Edward A Pereiran the Finance Leader, went beyond being helpful, was extremely friendly, and patient during the signing. He explained the details of every document in detail. Thanks to him the payment, title transfer and supporting services follow ups were done and ready when we left the dealer in a very timely manner. Time from showing up at dealer and driving away in our new Subaru was just 2 1/2 hours. Too bad things went south after the sale due to RJ Robinsons actions. More

I would advised the used car sales department that its the customers money not theirs. And noted that Wife and have excellent credit and could have bought any car on your lot . Other than the service center and the salesman who showed up the cars who were great the everyone who anything to do financial paperwork was very deceitful and almost unreachable didn’t honor their we reject up the cars who were great the everyone who anything to do financial paperwork was very deceitful and almost unreachable didn’t honor their we rejected four plans three days after we purchased our car it took 16 weeks to get part of what they owed us about half so again call after call nobody wanted to talk to me they finally reached out to us after about three weeks and admitted they made another mistake and would take care it took 6 more weeks to take care of that then we discovered they had shorted us 65% of the taxes we paid for maintenance packages we declined when contacted in person they agreed our was correct and said we would have a check to us in a week or two after a month I contacted them again and was told the check was mailed out a month ago I don’t think it was mailed out the same I was at the dealership especially since the sales manager told me face it would take a week maybe two. The time to these issues was 32 weeks. So all in all we lied to mislead misdirected. Finally although I love my new Outback I would highly recommend staying away from the villages Subaru maybe try Ocala Subaru. More

I went to the service dept to have my 2016 Outback serviced for the umpteenth time. After finding out how much this repair was going to cost. The amazing Service Manager helped me locate Sabrina who w serviced for the umpteenth time. After finding out how much this repair was going to cost. The amazing Service Manager helped me locate Sabrina who was amazing. Sabrina was honest and direct which I appreciated. They worked with me and actually helped me get an even better car that I was originally looking at buying. I bought my last one when it was Bill Bryan Subaru and I was beyond disappointed in the process and my car (the one I brought to the shop). This interaction has restored my faith in the Villages Subaru and the car buying process. Subarus are my favorite cars but I was about to give up and go back to domestics I am hopeful for this new Outback. I would definitely say go see Sabrina if you need a new car! You won't be disappointed! More
