Rich did an exceptionally nice job explaining the extensive technology that is available with this vehicle and spent over an hour going over the many features. Smoothest transaction I ever had buying a vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience from the time walked in on a Monday to pickup on Wednesday. I spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership both days.
