James did a thorough job of explaining the various features of the car, and when the first one I test drove wasn't an ideal fit, he helped me find one that was. The no pressure approach, the communication, and friendly nature of both of them helped make it a great experience, and I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anybody else. More

I visited a few area dealerships to test drive and purchase a new car. I have to say I was underwhelmed with the service at many we went to, either feeling like they did not take me as a serious purc purchase a new car. Maplecrest was different. The customer service from Brian McHugh, my Sales Consultant was great. He was easy to work with, friendly and professional. From Sales to Service everyone was equally friendly and professional. They were thorough in explaining everything and prompt at responding to any questions or concerns I had during the purchase and after acquiring my new car.
