Roel was very knowledgeable about the process, understood my situation and was able to accommodate me during my time of inconvenience (in a car crash and didn’t have time to take off of work to shop). Roel was amazing from the beginning. Their dealership had great pricing on a 2015 Lexus IS. The $200 refundable 2-day earnest money, the quick response; the not pushy but helpful feeling I got. He got his ducks in a row quick and test drove the car for me, sent more pictures and guaranteed it was a good buy. Moved forward and he shipped the car from Dallas to Austin for free. Was on top of the loan docs and was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. I will send everyone I can his way because it was that easy to purchase a used car without even seeing it. The car is immaculate and I'm happy about the purchase. There are websites and there are dealerships and there are hybrids. Roel worked well in the hybrid environment and it still felt personalized and NOT overpriced like websites. Highly recommend and will come back to next upgrade. More
