I can honestly say that dealing with Roel Ortiz was “BY FAR” the most outstanding buying experience I have ever had! Roel is simply AMAZING!! Roel knows his products and his expertise in handling my purchase is second to none. He is courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and treated me like a friend. Roel personally picked me up at the airport in my new truck and went way above and beyond what is required to close the deal. I can honestly say that Roel Ortiz is the most honest car salesman that I have ever met. I will DEFINITELY be buying my next vehicle from Roel. In fact, I have already sent him another buyer.
