Roel has helped thousands of clients while working across the state of Texas in Sales and Finance since graduating from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley in 1997. Roel and his family have called Dallas home since the summer of 2007. When he is not helping his clients at DLR, Roel enjoys traveling to his family ranch on the South Texas border, vacationing, and playing Golf.

I called Dallas Lease Returns on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a Jeep I had seen online. Blanca answered and I asked if this Jeep was available. She said it was and if I wanted to look at it to show inquire about a Jeep I had seen online. Blanca answered and I asked if this Jeep was available. She said it was and if I wanted to look at it to show up by 5:30. I said I would. I was late and she was taking care of her last customer of the day. When she finished she asked who I was and I told her and said sorry I was late. She could have sent me away, but instead she showed me the Jeep,let me look it over, said to come back Monday and she would know more about it and have all paperwork ready if I was interested in it. She never acted like I was keeping her late or delaying her. Monday she was very personable,professional,and accurate about every aspect of the sale. Needless to say I now own a beautiful Jeep and memories of a great experience with knowledgeable people that truly seem to care as much about the person as they do about the sale. Thanks ,a new loyal customer. More

We worked with Roel Ortiz on buying a new vehicle and I don't think we could have had a more seamless experience. When we arrived at the Dallas Lease Returns showroom Roel greeted us with our 4Runner detailed, pulled out from the lot, and ready for a test drive. We got back and we were ready to purchase and all paperwork and other items were organized and ready to sign. Including our 30 minute test drive we were probably there for 45 minutes max. Our experience wasn't the typical dealership experience. We were so happy that we started recommending Dallas Least Returns to our friends looking to buy, and Roel specifically. More
