When my son needed a car for college, I checked the list and found a great deal. Working with Roel on the sale, he and the dealership made it easy to complete the transaction very quickly. I went on a Saturday around 12 noon and they were busy. Roel knew exactly where the Honda i saw on the website was parked. My girlfriend texted and reminded me that we had a wedding to attend at 2 pm, i th Roel knew exactly where the Honda i saw on the website was parked. My girlfriend texted and reminded me that we had a wedding to attend at 2 pm, i thought it was at 6 pm. Roel insisted that i not be late to the wedding so I left and returned after closing hours. He stayed late and i was in my new CRV that same night. Best car buying experience ever! More

Roel Ortiz was a great representative of Dallas Lease returns. He was knowable and did everything we asked. The car we bought a 2913 model that looked brand new.
